Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an effective, easy-to-follow Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. And now you can join the gun at Jewel’s Catch one.

Classes are every Saturday. Beginners class is from 12 Noon to 1 PM. Advanced Zumba Fitness takes place from 1 PM to 2 PM. All ages are welcome. Print this flyer and take your class for $5 (valid through Dec 31, 2011). Cost for the class at the door is $10.

This event coincided with the commemoration of t he 10th anniversary of the VHF Health Clinic and is an opportunity to honor the champions of complementary and alternative medicine.

There was an open house with the Awards Ceremony after. The event was well received by both attendees and those awarded.

The Village Health Foundation will continue its’ work and looks forward to the next “Healthy Choices Awards Ceremony” in 2012.
